I’m Ken Marino, founder of The Fit Cellar — a private neighborhood training studio built for people who want to stay strong, capable, and independent as they age.
I’ve been active my entire life — from neighborhood sports and strength training to endurance events and triathlons. But in recent years, I’ve experienced the other side of training firsthand: recovering from a total shoulder replacement and a major foot reconstruction.
Those experiences changed how I think about strength.
They reinforced what truly matters — health span.
Not just how long you live, but how well you move, feel, and function along the way.
Today, I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer specializing in safe, effective strength training for adults of all ages, with a particular focus on men and women who want real results without the noise, pressure, or intimidation of a big gym.
